What makes your AI different? Is my code safe?
We run private, local AI models. Nothing is sent to public AI services, and your source code never leaves your control. Access is governed by agreements with you. This is a core requirement for all our clients and is built into how we work from day one.
Do you work with existing codebases, or only greenfield?
Both. Most of what we do today is with existing, production codebases. Modernization and refactoring are our specialty. We know how to change them safely without breaking the business. Greenfield projects are simply an opportunity to get it right from the start.
How do you de-risk refactoring in a production org?
Incremental delivery, exhaustive coverage of existing tests, and new tests for anything we touch. For a time, old and new tests run side by side. We wire changes into your release cadence, so each pull request stays small, easy to review, and independently deployable. An existing CI/CD pipeline is a massive bonus.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the requirements. Audits and optimization sprints can take weeks; full modernization takes longer. After a discovery call, we give you a scoped estimate and delivery plan before you commit to anything.
